In an age of digital acceleration, burnout, and disconnection, we hold space for pause, reflection, and realignment. Through experiential coaching, inclusive dialogue, and transformative tools, we invite individuals, teams, and organizations to reconnect, with self, with others, and with purpose.

We are four women from around the world, brought together through Points of You® Business Training and united by a shared calling: to bring more humanity, courage, and creativity into the way we live, work, and lead.
With roots in Canada, Singapore, South Africa, and Trinidad, we carry a rich blend of perspectives, coaching styles, and lived experience in leadership, workplace culture, and personal growth.

But being busy does not always mean being intentional.
When pressure rises, leadership can become reactive. Decisions are made quickly. Priorities blur. Energy gets pulled in too many directions.
This session invites leaders to pause long enough to reconnect with what guides them.
Intentional vs Busy is a reflective, interactive experience designed to help participants develop a clear inner leadership compass — one that supports better choices, grounded leadership, and greater clarity in uncertain times.
Using experiential facilitation and Points of You® methodology, participants explore the difference between leading from urgency and leading from intention.
This is not about doing more. It is about leading with greater awareness.
